I usually separate my Gmail inbox as read/unread but lately achieving Inbox Zero has been a bit difficult for me because I have so many projects and they have wildly different priority levels.

In particular, one of my projects generates a ton of emails through comments on Google Docs and Wrike. A lot of those emails are completely useless because it's a ton of comments on the same document (where I'd be better off with one notification summarizing new comments) …
