Best cross platform note taking app that supports handwritten notes?

I have tried several different note taking apps like Notion, Obsidian, Joplin, Notability but I am looking for something that integrates handwritten notes in some way. The rocket book looks attractive to be able to add drawings to your notes. Which app would work best in this scenario?
