Best Free Pomodoro ext recommendation

I am currently using the Focus To-Do Pomodoro extension and have seen that it has drastically increased my productivity.

I wanna keep using Pomodoro timers but the Focus To-Do does not let me customize the timing or view past analytics on the free version.

I've heard Be Focused Pro is great! But again, it requires a subscription...

Is there any Pomodoro extension/application out there that is free and allows you to track past metrics, analyze weekly performance + customize timing?
