I see some people who have set their computers and phones up to display as greyscale or with inverted colors. Have you given this a try? Were you able to stick with it? Why or why not?

Also, I am working on becoming a high school teacher. I plan to teach productivity techniques alongside normal curriculum and this also came to mind to help avoid screen fatigue in my classroom.
