How do you cope with the infinite options for self improvement?
I’ve been a self improvement nut for more than a decade. I’ve read so many books and tried so many things. And I genuinely think I’m happier for it, which is great.
But sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the areas I could be improving. I could be a better leader at work. I could be healthier, or a better spouse. I could improve my handwriting on some calligraphy course. Shit, I’m sure there’s a book I could be reading about making better self improvement decisions.
