How to develop healthy study habits after a long period of depression
We all know how some of the most prolific writers and artists on Earth made their best works in times of sadness and depression. Interestingly enough, I've found that the same held true for me with my studies.
I had been depressed for five years, and my studies were my method of expression and outlet for my pain. However, I have recovered significantly and am generally happy nowadays. I actively want things outside of studying and am trying to build a good life.
