I see this kind of misconception a lot. Many people think that digital nomadism is something for young people, and that you "age out" of the lifestyle when you're 25 or so. I think part of this misconception comes from the fact that a lot of people think digital nomads live in youth hostels. Or, possibly the misconception comes from the fact that a lot of people think digital nomad life is 5% work, 95% partying. Or that people want to "settle down" in their middle/later adult years.
