I found the website supermemo.guru. And it is full of tips and advice to get your best cognitive performance.

I did notice that the author goes against the established science more than once. And has quite some controversial takes. (against schooling, against alarm clocks, etc). And seems overconfident in all his opinions.

So I wonder, what do you all think? Is it legit? Or is it just all psuedoscience?
