Is this reasonable, or will I burnout?
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Wake up at 9, BJJ practice at 11 until 1. Errands until 2:30.
Tuesday and Thursday:
Wake up at 10. Kickboxing from 12-1. Relax until 2:30 with hobbies like reading.
I will have work on the weekend nights and 1-2 weekday nights from 4 pm- 1 am. I will work 4 nights with the odd week working three nights.
My days off will be for socializing with friends and the girlfriend, as well as working out in the AM.
I tend to drain a bit easy. But …!-->
