Hey all, planning to go to Medellin in February for at least 1 month and was wondering if anyone there can shed light on a couple factors:

  1. Any chance of lockdowns from covid/omicron surges?
  2. How safe is it in the aftermath/ongoing pandemic
  3. Poblado or Laureles!!?
  4. Are people friendly to someone trying to learn Spanish/are certain parts harder to immerse yourself in spanish speaking?
