My sleep "hack"
Sometimes when I wake up, I'm still really really sleepy. Like you wake up but your so sleepy that you look like a drunk person that is also high on crack.
I found that just giving myself a little time to lie down helps me wake up properly. Like I get up, make myself brush my teeth, and then come back to my bed and lie down. I set a timer for like 5 to 10 minutes depending on how much time I have to get ready, then I just …!-->
