Sharing what I learned about Dopamine today
I have been struggling with motivation. I got interested in the role of Dopamine, and did some research today on the subject. What I learned was useful for me, so I am sharing my learnings. Hope these will be useful for you too.
Dopamine is one of 4 happiness chemicals. There are 4 suggested ways to improve dopamine.
- Perform a task
- Do self care activities
- Eat food
- Celebrate little wins
