Taking meaningful breaks has helped me
My biggest obstacle to productivity is distraction. I find that I am able to stay more focused if I have regular, meaningful breaks throughout the day. I’m work from home, and it helps me reset if I can get out of the office and do something like go outside and walk around my backyard, work out, or take a lunch nap.
Without these breaks, I find myself getting bogged down with online distractions; never feeling fully engaged. I hope this helps you too.submitted by /u/Aerialjim
