Uncomfortable during time period before a planned task for the day.
I fixed my sleep schedule from sleeping between 12-3 to sleeping between 9-11. I’m eating regular meals, taking supplements, keeping my room clean and today is the first day of college. Classes are delayed and I have 1 hour before it begins. I can’t relax because class is all I have on my mind, and I feel like there’s something to be doing but there isn’t.
