What are those exercises/workbook/prompts called?
What are those exercises/workbook/prompts called that people get from therapists.
Or some set questions etc. you can find on bullet journals.
Or that goal setting sheet you can find in certain websites.
Or comes with certain self help books attached.
What are those called? Have someone tried it? Was it useful?
Just thought it seems like a structured way of managing goals and thoughts but I may be wrong. Wanted to do some exercise to manage goals and projects better but whenever I sit with a pen idk what exactly …!-->
